Summary

This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) for slow, paced breathing can lower stress in healthy adults aged 18-35. Researchers will compare different VR experiences, including one with mystical elements, to see which works best. 120 participants will have their stress levels and mood measured right after the exercise.
