Summary

This study tested whether adding virtual reality exercises to standard physical therapy helps people with partial shoulder tendon tears feel less pain and move better. 49 adults with shoulder pain took part. The virtual reality group did special exercises using VR games, while the other group did only standard therapy. The goal was to see if VR makes rehab more engaging and effective for easing symptoms.
