Summary
This study tested two virtual reality treatments for phantom limb pain in 46 adults who had a leg amputated. One group played VR games using a virtual leg, while the other watched an immersive VR experience without leg movement. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain intensity and improves pain quality.
