First seen Jun 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 10-15 minute virtual reality session using games like Beat Saber could help nursing students feel less anxious and stressed before clinical training. About 90 students were split into two groups: one used VR goggles, the other did usual preparation. Results suggest VR may lower stress and improve adaptation, though effects on anxiety scores were limited.
