Summary

This study looks at whether virtual reality-based training can improve balance and stability in people with chronic low back pain. Researchers will enroll 32 adults aged 30-40 who have had low back pain for a long time but no specific cause. Participants will use a special balance machine and a reach test to measure their progress.
