First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using virtual reality (VR) to imagine movements, combined with standard exercise, can help people with fibromyalgia feel less pain, sleep better, and have a better quality of life. About 28 adults aged 18 to 60 with fibromyalgia will take part. The goal is to see if this VR approach works better than exercise alone.
