Summary

This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) during arteriovenous fistula surgery can lower anxiety and pain in dialysis patients. 64 adults with end-stage kidney disease will be randomly assigned to receive VR or standard care during the procedure. The goal is to see if VR reduces the need for anesthesia and improves patient comfort.
