Summary
This study tested whether watching virtual reality videos before a colonoscopy can lower anxiety and keep blood pressure and heart rate steady. 70 adults took part, with one group using VR glasses and the other receiving standard care. The goal was to see if a simple, drug-free distraction could make the procedure less stressful.
