Summary
This study tests whether combining virtual reality with jump-based exercises can reduce belly fat in teenage girls. One hundred girls aged 13 to 18 who have abdominal obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome will participate. Researchers will measure changes in waist size, hip-to-waist ratio, BMI, and lung function. The goal is to find a more engaging way to help teens manage weight and improve health.
