Summary
This study looks at whether virtual reality exercise can improve body composition, fitness, balance, and daily activities in children with high cholesterol. About 32 children aged 8-14 will use VR-based games to make exercise more fun and engaging. The goal is to see if this approach helps them stay active and healthier.
