Summary

This study tests whether a special virtual reality training program can help people with cerebellar ataxia improve their arm and hand control for daily activities. Eighteen participants will use VR headsets and motion sensors to practice reaching movements for 12 weeks, comparing a new training method against standard practice. The goal is to see if this technology-based approach can reduce unsteadiness and make tasks like eating and dressing easier.
