Summary
This study tests whether using a virtual reality headset can help young adults aged 18-25 with ADHD concentrate better while studying or doing homework. Participants will be split into groups: some use VR alone, others get real-time focus feedback, and a control group. The goal is to see if VR makes studying more engaging and productive.
