Summary
This study aims to create and test a virtual group therapy program for young adults (ages 18-39) who have had cancer and are experiencing post-traumatic stress symptoms. Researchers will first gather expert feedback to design the program, then test it with 80 survivors to see if it is practical and helpful. The goal is to provide a convenient, online way to reduce stress and improve emotional well-being.
