Summary
This study tests whether a 3-month online program can reduce pain and improve sexual wellbeing in adult women with provoked vestibulodynia, a condition causing pain during vaginal insertion. Researchers will compare women who start the program right away to those who wait. The program includes pain science education, pelvic exercises, and mindfulness techniques.
