Summary

This study tests whether a three-month online nutrition program, including food delivery and virtual cooking classes, can improve diet and social connections for veterans aged 65 and older who have trouble walking. Participants will receive healthy produce and attend group cooking demonstrations from home. The goal is to see if this approach boosts diet quality, muscle strength, and overall well-being.
