Summary
This study tests whether a 3-month virtual program can help older veterans with mobility issues eat better and feel more connected. Participants will receive online nutrition classes, cooking demonstrations, and fresh produce deliveries. Researchers want to see if this approach improves diet quality, muscle strength, and reduces feelings of social isolation.
