Summary
This study tests a 90-day fully virtual lifestyle program for adults aged 30-60 who are sedentary and have stable weight. Participants will do structured exercise via Peloton, take daily supplements (Omega-3, Vitamin D3, Magnesium, fiber), and use wearable devices to track activity and sleep. The goal is to see if this approach helps with weight management and improves cardiovascular health markers like waist size and blood sugar.
