First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study compared a virtual game simulation to traditional teaching methods for nursing students learning infection control. 130 first-year nursing students were split into two groups: one received standard lessons, and the other played a virtual game simulation for a week. Researchers measured their knowledge and skills before and after training to see if the game-based approach led to better learning.
