Can a phone tour calm First-Time Moms' fears of childbirth?

NCT ID NCT07496879

Summary

This study is testing if watching a virtual tour of a hospital delivery room can help first-time mothers feel less afraid and more prepared for giving birth. About 100 women in their third trimester will be randomly assigned to either watch the tour videos or not. Researchers will then measure their fear, confidence, and birth experience to see if the virtual tour made a difference.
