Summary
This study looks at whether giving first-time mothers a virtual tour of the delivery room through a QR code can reduce their fear of childbirth and help them feel more ready. About 100 women in their third trimester will watch three short videos showing the delivery room, admission process, and postpartum care. Researchers will measure fear, readiness, and breastfeeding confidence to see if this simple tool makes a difference.
