Summary

This study tested whether adding virtual coaching to an online insomnia program helps veterans sleep better. 244 veterans with insomnia were randomly assigned to the digital program with coaching or with minimal contact. The coaching provided support and guidance to help veterans stick with the program. The goal was to see if coaching improves sleep quality and reduces insomnia severity.
