First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested a new three-drug combination (VIP152, venetoclax, and prednisone) in 8 adults with aggressive lymphomas that had stopped responding to treatment or come back. The goal was to check safety and find the best dose, while also measuring how many patients had their tumors shrink or disappear. Participants took pills at home and received some drugs through an IV or injection at the clinic over 21-day cycles for up to 2 years.
