Summary
This study tested a three-drug combination (VIP152, venetoclax, and prednisone) in 8 adults with aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphomas that had not responded to or returned after prior treatment. The main goals were to check safety and find the best dose. Participants took pills at home and received one drug through an IV at the clinic in 21-day cycles for up to 24 cycles, with follow-up for up to 5 years.
