Summary

This study tests whether using a violet light lamp at home can slow the progression of myopia (nearsightedness) in children. 72 kids aged 5 to 12 will use either a violet light lamp or a regular white light lamp for 12 months. Researchers will measure changes in eye length and vision to see if the violet light helps control myopia.
