New drug trial targets rare joint tumor and advanced cancers

Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called vimseltinib in adults with advanced solid tumors or a rare joint tumor called tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT). The first phase aims to find the safest and most effective dose. The second phase will focus on TGCT patients to see how well the drug shrinks tumors and improves pain and movement.
