New hope for transplant patients with Hard-to-Treat complications
NCT ID NCT06619561
Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called vimseltinib is safe and effective for adults with moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) who haven't improved with at least two previous treatments. Participants will take the drug in 28-day cycles for up to two years. The research aims to help people who have developed this serious complication after a stem cell transplant and have limited treatment options.
