First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study compares two methods for placing a breathing tube in children having surgery: a video laryngoscope (camera) versus a direct laryngoscope (no camera). The goal is to see which method leads to successful tube placement on the first attempt. Over 5,500 children from multiple hospitals will take part to provide clear answers.
