Do newer breathing tube tools cause less stress on the body?
NCT ID NCT07300878
Summary
This study compares how much blood pressure and heart rate increase when placing a breathing tube using two different tools: a newer video-guided device versus a traditional metal scope. Researchers will measure these vital signs in 208 patients undergoing planned surgeries. The goal is to understand which method causes less physical stress during this common anesthesia procedure.
