Can a 7-Minute video calm fears of childbirth better than a pamphlet?

Summary
This study aims to see if a short educational video is more effective than a standard pamphlet at reducing fear of childbirth and improving knowledge about pain relief options. It will involve 100 first-time pregnant adults who are over 32 weeks along. Participants will be randomly assigned to watch the video or read the pamphlet, then answer questions about their fear and knowledge immediately and again after their due date.
