First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study compares two ways of explaining how to prepare for a colonoscopy: a standard oral explanation versus watching a video tutorial. About 574 adults having their first colonoscopy will take part. The goal is to see if the video helps people achieve better bowel cleanliness and helps doctors find more polyps.
