Can a simple video help doctors spot more cancer?
NCT ID NCT07355777
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a video tutorial to standard oral instructions helps patients prepare better for a colonoscopy. Better preparation means doctors can see the colon more clearly, potentially finding more growths (adenomas) that could become cancer. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving only oral instructions and one receiving oral instructions plus a video.
