Summary

This study tests whether a brief video can help people receiving radioiodine treatment for thyroid conditions feel less distressed and better manage side effects and safety rules. About 80 adults with hyperthyroidism or thyroid cancer will watch either a supportive video or a neutral video before their treatment. Researchers will compare how well each group copes and follows radiation safety instructions.
