Video games prescribed to rewire MS brains

Summary
This study is testing whether a special therapeutic video game can help improve thinking skills in people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Researchers will use brain scans (MRI) to see if playing the game causes helpful changes in how the brain works. The study will enroll 40 adults with MS who are experiencing cognitive difficulties.
