First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether playing breathing-based video games can improve dysfunctional breathing in adults aged 40-80 with Asthma-COPD Overlap Syndrome (ACOS). Forty participants will do video game breathing exercises twice a week for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this fun approach can improve breathing patterns and posture better than standard care.
