Wii balance board joins the fight against kids' bladder issues

Summary

This study tests whether adding fun, video game-based balance exercises to standard therapy can improve bladder symptoms and pelvic floor muscle function in children aged 5 to 12 with lower urinary tract dysfunction. Thirty children will be split into two groups: one gets standard care plus Wii balance games, the other gets standard care alone. Researchers will measure changes in bladder function, balance, and quality of life over 8 weeks.
