NCT ID NCT07126977
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding video game-based balance exercises (using a Wii console and balance board) to standard treatment can improve symptoms and pelvic floor muscle function in children aged 5-12 with lower urinary tract dysfunction. Thirty children will be randomly assigned to either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus twice-weekly balance games for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure bladder function, balance, and quality of life to see if the fun approach makes a difference.
