Summary
This study tested whether a brief online educational video could improve healthcare professionals' understanding of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs) and the Female Athlete Triad. 200 doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists in Spain watched the video and completed questionnaires. The goal was to see if such a simple tool could help providers better recognize and manage these often-overlooked conditions.
