NICU parents get video help to beat stress

Summary
This study tests whether showing parents of premature babies a short film or video about the NICU can lower their stress, boost their involvement in care, and increase satisfaction. 72 parents will be split into three groups: standard care, standard care plus a short film, or standard care plus a video. The goal is to see if these simple tools make the NICU experience less overwhelming.
