Shake or pedal? finding the best exercise for kidney transplant recovery
NCT ID NCT07333105
Summary
This study compared two exercise methods—whole body vibration and stationary bike training—to see which better reduces inflammation and improves fitness in people who received kidney transplants. Researchers worked with 60 patients aged 30-45 to measure changes in a blood marker linked to heart risk and walking endurance. The goal was to find physical activities that help transplant recipients live healthier lives with their new kidneys.
