Summary
This study is testing whether a type of exercise called whole-body vibration training can help older adults who have both muscle weakness and excess belly fat. Researchers will measure if the training improves brain activity, bone strength, quality of life, and certain health markers in the blood. The study will involve 120 participants aged 65 and older, who will be split into two groups to compare the effects.
