Can a vibrating platform help kids with CP walk and balance better?
NCT ID NCT06596525
Summary
This study tested if adding a type of exercise called whole-body vibration training to standard physical therapy helps children with cerebral palsy. The researchers wanted to see if standing on a vibrating platform, either barefoot or with shoes on, could improve how a child walks, balances, and uses their legs. They compared these two vibration methods to standard therapy alone in 36 children.
