First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looked at whether whole-body vibration training can improve flexibility, muscle function, and quality of life in adults who had deep second-degree burns on their legs. Sixty participants, aged 20 to 50, were enrolled after their burns had healed. The training involved standing on a vibrating platform to gently stretch tight muscles. Results may help burn survivors regain movement and reduce discomfort.
