First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study explores whether gentle vibration applied to the hamstring tendons can improve how the knee moves and senses position. The goal is to gather knowledge that could one day help athletes with ACL injuries recover better.
