Scientists buzz volunteers to unlock Body's gravity sensor

NCT ID NCT07408570

Summary

This study aims to understand how our bones and muscles sense gravity and movement. Healthy adult volunteers will stand on a vibrating platform while researchers measure reflexes in their calf muscles. The goal is to learn how different vibration frequencies affect these reflexes, which could help design better exercises for astronauts or people with balance problems.
