Shake off stress? study tests vibrating mat for better mood and sleep

NCT ID NCT07221318

Summary

This study is testing whether a comfortable, low-frequency vibrating mat can help healthy adults feel better. Researchers want to see if using the mat for 15 minutes several times a week for 3 weeks improves stress recovery, sleep quality, mood, and focus. They will compare 50 adults who use the mat to a group who simply rests quietly.
