First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at how a gentle vibration on the back-of-thigh tendons affects knee bending and straightening in healthy adults. 35 participants will do knee exercises with and without vibration to see if it changes muscle activity and movement. The goal is to understand basic muscle control, not to treat any injury.
