Summary
This study tested whether whole-body vibration could improve hand strength and arm function in young women who use their smartphones heavily. Researchers enrolled 66 young women with smartphone addiction who did not exercise regularly. They measured hand grip strength, pinch strength, muscle activity, and arm function before and after the vibration treatment.
