Can a simple vibration boost knee recovery in athletes?

NCT ID NCT07424066

Summary

This study is testing whether applying gentle vibration to the back of the thigh (hamstrings) can improve how the knee moves in athletes who have injured their ACL ligament. Researchers want to see if the vibration changes muscle activity during specific knee bending and straightening exercises. The goal is to gather information that could help design future rehabilitation methods.
