Can a simple watch stop hospital patients from losing their strength?
NCT ID NCT07492745
Summary
This study is testing if a simple vibrating watch can help older, frail hospital patients stay more active. Many patients become inactive during hospital stays, which can lead to loss of muscle strength and independence. The watch will gently remind patients to walk or do exercises, aiming to improve their physical function without needing extra staff.
