New hope drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-stage clinical trial is testing a new drug called VIB305 in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The study aims to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the drug can help control the cancer. It will enroll about 146 adults whose cancer cannot be surgically removed and who have few other treatment options.
