Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called VIB305 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to or cannot be treated with standard therapies. The trial has two parts: first, finding the safest dose, and then testing that dose in more patients to see if it shrinks tumors. About 146 adults will take part.
